What are the rescheduling fees or policies if you found out that you are pregnant?

Question

I just scheduled my rhinoplasty about three days ago. I just took a positive pregnancy test yesterday and I am freaking out. I put $1000 down to schedule my surgery and hold a date. I need to call to reschedule. I'm hoping that they will just let me reschedule and I won't lose any money out of this. It's the weekend, so I can't call until Monday. But I'm hoping since it is very close to the time I scheduled, I will just let me reschedule.

Thank you for your question. The rescheduling fees differ among surgeon, medical team, and surgery center. I suggest that you try to call and email as many different sources as possible because you can give them and you the benefit of letting them sooner rather than later.
