Fixing asymmetry (likely due to expander-positioning) during implant exchange? (Photos)

I’m looking for opinions from plastic surgeons about improving breast symmetry during my upcoming tissue-expander-to-implant exchange after bilateral mastectomy. 38 yo, 115lb, 5'6"; bilateral mastectomy with immediate tissue-expander reconstruction using AlloDerm; no radiation. My primary concern is breast asymmetry. In the attached photo, my right reconstructed breast (left side of the photo) sits noticeably higher than my left breast. I would like to lower the right breast so that the two breasts sit at a more similar level and have a more symmetrical look. Breasts were initially more symmetrical before mastectomy. Also attached sides of both the left and right breasts. I would like to know whether this issue can be meaningfully improved during the implant exchange rather than requiring multiple additional revision surgeries. Thanks for your input.
