Breast Reconstruction after Cancer - How Should I Proceed? (Photos)

My breast cancer has been in remission for 8 years this year. I had lymph nodes removed from my right breast/underarm. My right breast is perky but a bit mishappen from the incisions. My left breast is larger and lays lower than my right breast. I am unsure what to look for in a breast reconstruction physician after having lymph nodes removed after breast cancer. Should I worry about radiation of any kind during surgery? What would be the cost difference if I wanted to use fat from my back or thighs? I could possibly reduce the larger breast to get as close as possible to the smaller breast.
