How can I improve breast shape post implant removal? (Photos)

I had 2 sets of implants over 4 years. 375cc and then a year later, 255cc. I ended up explanting due to capsular contracture and health concerns. Post explant, tissue has been thinned, displaced, and has left me with deformed breasts. My inframmary fold is lost and i have a very limited lower pole. I have discussed surgical options (fat transfer was recommended) and after seeing another surgeon who does the transfer, i was told i do not have enough fat. This is understandable as i am 109 lbs at 5'4. Can my situation be improved surgically without implants or fat transfer? Am i a candidate for a central mound techique to improve my breast shape? I feel most of my tissue is upwards/outwards due to the weight of implants that were too large for my frame.
