I had a blowout fracture of my left orbit repaired in February 2013 . The repair was performed via transconjunctival incision. My lower lid developed an adhesion, which appears as a noticeable crease under my left eye. My oculoplastic surgeon tried to correct this adhesion with an injection of 5-fu, but the adhesion still persists. I am looking for opinions on how to treat this. The surgeon says he can revise the incision, but is concerned about ectropion formation.
