The AI version should not be treated as a literal surgical target because it also changes lighting, skin texture, facial proportions, hair, expression, and some identity cues; procedures can improve specific anatomic features, but they cannot reliably reproduce a filtered image.

A realistic plan would start with an in-person facial analysis.
