Will previous Kybella treatments interfere with CoolSculpting?

I had 3 treatments wih kybella spread out over several months. I received a total of 19mL kybella with zero results. I took meticulous pictures and saw nothing. I just did the coolmini treatment in the same area, under the chin. 1) Would kybella interfere with the coolsculpting reaults? 2) If I didn't react to kybella, is there a greater-than-normal chance I won't react to coolsculpting?

CoolSculpting is commonly performed on the arms and will not affect the circulation of the blood. The treatment can be effective in reducing fat, but it will not tighten skin.
