Fit and healthy with stubborn fat on inner thigh and knee. Which fat removal treatment am I best suited for? (Photos)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Inner fat and knee fat can be treated well with both liposuction and with Coolsculpting. We treat these areas very often in our clinic with either modality.

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that can remove the fat in one procedure. There will be downtime to recovery from surgery.
Coolsculpting is done as an office procedure and has minimal to no downtime, however you may wait a little longer to see the result.
I recommend you have an in person consult. At a consult the risks and benefits of both treatments can be discussed and as well, it can be determined if the Coolsculpting device will fit these areas well on your body and whether they will respond well to either treatment or better to one of these treatments.
Factors that I recommend you consider are expected outcome (will be discussed at consult once you are assessed in person), recovery (downtime), risks, cost.

Thank you for sharing your photos. All patients are not perfectly symmetrical. I visualize a mild and normal rotation of your body (known as scoliosis). This may make the appearance of your bulges look different but it may also be the genetic distribution of fat in your otherwise thin and beautifully contoured body.
I see your concerns for which properly provided CoolSculpting is your best option and value. Always consult with a Board Certified provider with a CoolSculpting Certified and Trained Team.
Your other option is careful contouring and fat harvesting on the fuller inner and outer thighs and fat grafting on the smaller upper buttock for better balance and appearance. Once again, consult with a skilled and artful, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

When I see a photograph that you have submitted, I see a normal and healthy young female. It does not appear that anything should be done on your body but I may be wrong and that is exactly the reason why you should be evaluated by a plastic surgeon in person, when you can explain exactly what it is that you dislike.
