You are a great candidate for a Genioplasty. Your chin is a bit recessed and short. This procedure would bring your chin forward and down, creating more projection and adding length and definition to your jawline. It will also tighten the skin under your chin. The entire procedure is done through the mouth, so there are no external incisions. You may also benefit from submental lipo, depending on if there is any fat under your chin. These procedures can be done at the same time. However the genioplasty itself may give you the results you are looking for. You could get a better result from a combination of a chin implant and deep neck lift (as opposed to neck liposuction alone). The deep neck lift includes neck liposuction but addresses deeper issues that liposuction does not.

A genioplasty actually 'lengthens' the distance between the chin and hyoid by 'stretching' the muscle. So it is preferred over an implant which does not alter the muscle length. You do have a small lower jaw and more extensive orthodontic surgery is a more significant change but a more significant plan
