I have always been self-conscious about going shirtless because I look as though I never went through puberty Is it possible to widen a guy,s areola and nipple to make them appear more masculine. I am 58 now

This to me looks like secondary healing after partial necrosis of the areola. For this reason I would use an anitbacterial cream until it is completely healed.
