Yes it is possible to enlarge areola and make nipple smaller or larger. There is no standard about masculine nipple/areola dimensions, but they are generally significantly smaller than in female, positioned lower and more lateral (on the side). Hi and thank you for the question. Yes you can increase the diameter of the areolas. The amount you can change by will be different from one person to another.
