TCA cross brown spots around scars. Normal? (photo)

Question

I had the TCA cross done 2 days ago. Doctor only use 50%. I am left now with brown spots around the treated area. I was told not to do anything on the first night or use cetaphil to wash face for 1-2 days. I know the scar itself will scab over time but I am not sure what happen to the surrounding area. Did feel that some solution may have spill outside the actual scars. Will these brown markings go away???? What should I put on them, to make them go away faster?

I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist for after care recommendations. Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
