With TCA, is frosting necessary for the chest area to be effective? Top of breasts to base of neck

I went to a local DR to have a TCA peel on my chest area. Ive been on these forums reading about TCA peels and frosting. Using 25% and 3 layers there was no frosting though. I was too scared to get another layer. I feel i may have wasted my money and will only end up resulting in a superficial peel. Is not frosting with that many layers a bad sign? Do you only frost on the face? Too nervous to go back if results will only be minimal.

yes, TCA would frost on thin skinned areas like the chest after a few coats.  If you are concered please see your physician.  Best, Dr. Emer.

At 25% TCA with 3 coats, and a peel prep such as acetone, one would expect significant frosting. I can not comment beyond that, as at that concentration frosting is almost universal. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
