Also, what can I do to have symmetrical lips? These things are making me very insecure, to the point that I don’t socialize anymore.
Answer: Asymmetrical nose and lips Hello, Thank you for your question .Yes, you have some asymmetry on the nostrils and lips but it is only a few mm so ; there is no reason for not being socialized .You can have define look for the nose with closed rhinoplasty approach . Answer: Asymmetric nose and lips Based on the pictures you've posted, it appear that the nose and nasal base are off to the right of your natural midline of your face. It is not uncommon to have asymmetries of the face, some more noticeable than others. Your lips actually appear to be in the midline but the base of the nose doesn't line up with them. This can usually be corrected with rhinoplasty but requires specific attention towards the nasal base. Sometimes the septum - as we grow or with trauma - can displace off of midline and favor one side. It may need to be resuspended in the midline. I would recommend consultation with a facial plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty. Professional photography and computer imaging to show you possible results may help you make a decision. Best of luck!

Answer: Asymmetric Nose and lips Facial Asymmetry is a very natural occurrence in every face. Nobody has a perfectly symmetrical face. According to your photos you have a deviation of your nose to the right. It is not easy to identify all nuances of your lips from the photos you have posted. You will very likely benefit from a rhinoplasty and possibly from a lip lift or some injections of hyaluronic acid into your lips. However, facial asymmetry is a three dimensional and complex concept, which can not be fully covered on the basis of two photos. I strongly recommend an in-person consultation with an experienced Facial Plastic Surgeon who will use computer-morphed images of your face to show you what changes can be accomplished, and how these will look in your face.
