Butt Implant Removal and getting a BBL instead?

Hi! I hate my butt implants and wanted to see if I could get them removed and get a bbl instead during the same surgery? Or would I have to get them removed and then wait a few months to get a bbl?

Allow me to answer your question as best i can without any photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

The question is, why do you hate your buttock implants?  Is it the shape, size, palpability, asymmetry, and/or something else that you hate?  It is possible that they simply are not positioned optimally within the gluteus muscles and/or you do not have the proper anatomic shape implants such as Stanton Anatomic®️ buttock implants. In either case, revision buttock implant surgery can successfully fix and greatly improve the aesthetics of these problems. Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon.

On the other hand getting BBL done at the same time or even delayed thereafter, buttock implants removal will surely bring you very disappointing results.

The best way to proceed will be remove the implants, and wait 3 months to do the liposuction with fat transfer

Hi! Very good question. You can get a BBl and the implants removed in the same procedure. This is because implants are placed behind several layers of the butt muscles. This menas that as long as they are actually within the muscle layers, removing them and doing a BBL not a problem. These are two completely different anatomical areas. The implant pockets are closed and the fat then is grafted above the muscles.
