9 years after silicone butt implants, noticeable asymmetry. What can be causing this? Should I consider removal? (photos)

9 years ago I got solid silicone butt implants placed by a NYC Dr. About a year ago I noticed one butt cheek is bigger than the other. I got an MRI. Why is one butt cheek bigger? It is VERY asymmetrical. What does the MRI show? Is there an infection? Do I need them removed?
