I'm a female in my early twenties with pronounced under-eye bags and droopy/uneven eyelids due to genetics and insomnia. I've always desired symmetrical, youthful eyes with a positive canthal tilt. Even when I was 12, I had the sad eyes of a lonely old woman. My eyes are also too close-set; they make me appear masculine and unintelligent. Their asymmetry makes me look inbred/crosseyed/like I've had a stroke. Can anything be done to correct any of this? A facelift? Eyelid surgery?
