I had surgery to fix my ptosis two and a half years ago with a second revision surgery three months after. Two years later I’m still not satisfied with how my eyelid looks, but my surgeon wouldn’t give my a straight answer about why the surgery didn’t work. Is there any other treatment I should consider? Could there be an underlying problem that the surgeon didn’t address that would cause a swollen eyelid (my surgery eye always seems to be itchy and red)? Would another surgery fix it?
