Thank you for your question about options to address unwanted Sculptra in your abdomen. Sculptra is a biostimulatory filler that induces collagen production, and addressing its effects can be challenging but not impossible.5-Fluorouracil (5FU): This is an anti-metabolite drug that can be injected to help dissolve the Sculptra product. It works by reducing the fibrotic tissue and may help in minimizing the appearance of the unwanted filler. Multiple sessions may be required, and it is essential to have this procedure performed by an experienced injector.Morpheus8: This is a minimally invasive treatment combining microneedling with radiofrequency energy. It can improve skin texture and appearance by promoting collagen remodeling. While it may not directly dissolve Sculptra, it could potentially improve the overall appearance of the treated area by tightening and smoothing the skin.Other Options: Depending on the severity of your case, other treatments like corticosteroid injections to reduce inflammation and fibrosis or even surgical removal might be considered.A consultation with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon experienced in treating complications from fillers is crucial. They can evaluate your specific situation and recommend the best course of action tailored to your needs. If you have any further questions or would like to schedule a consultation, please do not hesitate to contact my office.Best regards,Anna Chacon, MDDermatology135 Madeira AvenueCoral Gables, FL, 33134Phone: 305-902-5733Fax: 305-203-4549

Sculptra doesn't treat this area well IMO. The lines on your cheek is an anatomical structure called orbital retaining ligament and zygomatiocutaneous ligament. They were always there, just now more prominent due to aging. A high G' filler would help in these areas.
Thanks for your question. Sculptra will restore lost volume, especially int he mid face where it appears you may have some volume loss. It is hard to comment exactly given such cropped photos. If you do restore the cheek volume to a natural looking correction and you are still looking for...
