I gave up using Sculptra quite a few years ago. It is expensive, usually requires three treatment sessions to achieve any tangible, visible results, and it something goes wrong, there is no easy way to dissolve it. Contract the above with the use of an appropriate HA volumizing filler for the cheeks (which would not only create a more feminine, heart-shaped oval face, but secondarily improve the smile lines) or the injection of a low viscosity, cohesive HA filler directly used to elevate and smooth the smiles. The results of these filler treatments can typically be achieved in one treatment session, and, should the need arise, these naturallfillers can be easily dissolved with hyaluronidase. Hope this helps and best of luck.
Thanks for your question. Sculptra will restore lost volume, especially int he mid face where it appears you may have some volume loss. It is hard to comment exactly given such cropped photos. If you do restore the cheek volume to a natural looking correction and you are still looking for improvement, you would want to move onto a skin tightening procedure rather than risk "over-filling". Consider these: Sofwave, Morpheus8, AccuTite. I hope that helps!
Your experience is exactly why I always treat my patients with Sculptra first and then perform Threads if they are needed later. I suggest to wait at least 3 months after Threads do to Sculptra because of the massage. It also depends where there theads were placed and where Sculptra needs to be...

Hello pattona: I do think you would benefit from strategic placement of filler along the jawline, gonial angle, pre-jowl sulcus, and marionette lines. If you were to measure the height of your face from chin to hairline, and the width of your face from zygoma to zygoma, you would see that...
