Loose skin after lipo 360. Can this be treated with something like Sculptra or Morpheus8? (Photo)

I had lipo around 2 years ago and now I see that flat abdomen is developing rolls. I do not want to do any invasive treatment like tummy tuck. Is there other solution like Sculptra or Morpheus8. If so how many treatments would I need? I have been eating very healthy and doing regular workouts but disappointed to see these rolls.

How many treatments of Morpheus and Sculptra? Answer: Infinite. They will not fix your issue. 'Rolls' of skin are redundant skin, a redundancy of perhaps many inches. Heating devices like Morpheus, Profound, Bodytite, and J Plasma/Renuvion shrink skin on the order of millimeters, and repeating the procedure is not cumulative in it's skin shrinking abilities. If you had liposuction, you can have a tummy tuck, the only thing that will help you. What you don't want is a poorly performed tummy tuck, where the scar is too high or the belly button isn't normal looking. So, if or when you decide to do it, pick carefully.

Hello nycgirl!

Even though you have had liposuction, you still have some rolls of fat in that location. These would be improved by CoolSculpting.

You can achieve some tightening with a device that microneedles RF energy at different levels in the skin. At MD Skin Science, we make 4 passes at different depths with different energy levels and duration of the energy pulse to create the best results.

Sculptra actually would not be helpful, since it thickens the dermis but does not tighten the skin.

Any individual will have some abdominal rolls when they’re sitting down like you are in that photograph and that’s with or without liposuction having been performed. You need to be evaluated in person to see if a procedure such as Renuvion would improve the tightness of the skin and tissues on the abdomen.
