I heard that post surgery, over time the skin starts to sag. I have [ a full face with] high cheek bones, of which I don't intend on shaving. My biggest worry is looking puffy as an end result of not having Zygoma reduction. Would choosing Zygoma reduction be important with V-line surgery in order to keep the face balanced?
