If I have V-line surgery, do I 'need' to have zygoma reduction along with it?

I'll be travelling to S.Korea next year for V-line surgery and rhinoplasty. In forums all the posts I've seen of people having V-line surgery, included Zygoma reduction. I heard that post surgery, over time the skin starts to sag. I have [ a full face with] high cheek bones, of which I don't intend on shaving. My biggest worry is looking puffy as an end result of not having Zygoma reduction. Would choosing Zygoma reduction be important with V-line surgery in order to keep the face balanced?
