Am I candidate for a lip lift, meaning length from upper lip to nose? (Photo)

I've been considering a lip lift for quite some time now because my lips are full and perhaps a little lower than normal. I'd like to smile with more but because i'm insecure with the lack of showing of my teeth due to my lip curtain, i don't usually smile in photos. I took a photo below to determine if I'm eligible to do the lift, meaning length from upper lip to nose. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
