3 yrs post op, I have dents and cellulite looking skin after Liposuction on legs. Any suggestions? (photos)

Question

I am a 23 year old slim female. After lipo my legs looked like they had severe cellulite. I looked into cellulaze and booked an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon who told me the bumpy skin texture was actually from lipo dents not cellulite, and that there was nothing I could do to fix it because of scar tissue in the leg. Everytime someone looks at me I feel as if they are noticing my horrible legs. Willing to travel to a doctor who feels confident in improving my situation.

Dear ed2015I have treated cased of indentations on legs after liposuction with a combination of liposuction and fat grafting. It is difficult to assess the degree of scarring and indentation well from your pictures, however, you should see a surgeon that is skilled in fat grafting and you may find improvement from that technique.

It is fairly easy to ascertain if something is due to cellulite or liposuction irregularity in most cases.  If there are irregularities due to liposuction, fat grafting can be utilized effectively.   You will have to research a bit to find a real expert in this.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
