2mm punch excision is still indented 3 weeks post suture removal. Is there any chance the indentation will fill in?

For the past week, I've been massaging the scar daily but I don't think there has been any improvement. Could the area surrounding the punch still be swollen? Is there any chance the indentation will fill in?

I personally would subscise again, then place a very superficial filler like Volbella or Restylane, over correct the scar by 5-10% then massage to push the filler down. Not a hard scar to fix, but technically challenging. This is how I would do it, others may approach this problem with...

Yes, your scar does not look so good at present.   You might try some Kelocote or bioCorneum on the scar twice a day and apply and let dry.    The bioCorneum has both silicone and sunscreen so that is a good choice.    Do this for 4 months and no surgery...
