Hello..I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was on 1000 mg of Depakote and that me lose more than half of my hair. I stopped the medication for one month now but my hair Is still falling and thinning out? I would like to know if anyone have been through this experience gor their hair back after stopping the medication? And what can I do to re grow my hair. Thank you

Given your young age, and the extent of your balding, it would be wise to wait many years before ever considering a hair transplant. In the mean time I would suggest 5% minoxidil over the 2% as it is more effective. The use of finasteride would also be very important. PRP and laser...
You need to follow up with your doctor if you believe you are having a side effect. It seems you have multiple issues such as scalp psoriasis.
If you had a bald spot for over 6 years, it probably will remain bald for life. You can try Rogaine as you don't need a doctor's prescription to try it. However it is unlikely it will give you a significant change.
