I have been losing hair since I was 20 years old and I have lost a considerable amount of hair from my front and now I have started losing hair from the crown. I donot want to go for transplantation right now. My father has also lost hair, but he started losing them at 50+ and at 59, he still has more hair than me. I sometimes feel tingling and sprain in my legs; can hair loss be due to deficiency of some vitamin or mineral?
