What is Inspira SCX? I can't seem to find my type of implant.

Question

My card says SCX-470 Naturelle Inspira Cohesive Breast Implant. I've looked on the charts & they are not listed or else I'm looking in the wrong place & also do they soften up like the moderate plus did, do they drop and fill out at the bottom & sides. It's been 5 weeks.

Your implant is a version of the "gummy bear" implant that everybody has been waiting for. It has been available in Europe for years and was finally introduced in the United States in early 2017. 
I understand your confusion, because to my knowledge, Allergan has not released a sizing chart for the SCX. However, it is my understanding that it has the same dimensions as the natrelle Inspira 470-SRX implant. That means it is 12.1cm wide and has a projection of 6.1cm. The difference between the SCX and the SRX is that the SCX has a higher fill percentage and cohesiveness, so the implant is less likely to ripple but might feel a little more stiff. The SCX will really benefit thin women who might have a tendency to ripple, especially when they bend forward at the waist.
To answer your questions about the qualities of the implant compared to a "classic" moderate plus, they probably will be slightly stiffer. They will fill the bottom and the sides of the breast, but will maintain their shape. Again, these differences will be noticeable in thin women. In women who start out with anything more than a B+, I don't think the differences will be too noticeable because the natural breast will cover the implant. Also, at 5 weeks, you are still in the "inflammatory phase", which means your implants still have time to settle and soften up. One last point, it is my understanding that Allergan is phasing out the "classic" gel implants, like the moderate plus, by the end of the year. Just some information I thought you might like to know.
I expect Allergan to distribute the sizing charts soon. I think this will stop some of the confusion out there.

S=smooth
C=cohesive gel.  That is allergans most cohesive gel
X=extra projection
470=cc of volume.
Cohesive implants typically have a firmer feel and may maintain more upper pole firmness with less rippling.  They may not 'teardrop" as much as a traditional less cohesive product.
