I had a punch excision for a pore on my chin. The edges never approximated and I have a large very noticeable vertical line now just off of center on my chin. Looks like a bad attempt at a cleft chin. Second punch attempted, fillers, and fractional laxer. Still looks deeply diveted and the line is apparent. What now?
