Wondering what I can do to fix the line circled? I feel like it’s become more prominent over the last year

At l;east from the photo provided, the problem is quite a common one, i.e. "parallel laugh lines" that are typically seen in the lower third of the face and surrounding the mouth and made more pronounced by smiling. In my experience, the use of a cohiesive, malleable, low viscosity HA filler properly fanned beneath and at right angles to the fold works well for buttressing this area and diminishing the appearance of the fold with expression. This technique is not for the hands of an inexperienced, novice injector accustomed to injecting simple Restylane or plain Juvederm for ordinary smile line lines. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. Best of luck.

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis.  We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation.
