Do I have an infection and do I need to speed up the process before my 6 week appointment? (Photo)

My surgeon did a tram flap reconstruction on me. My stitches were removed Thursday and my belly button isn’t looking that good anymore. The breast itself keeps getting blisters. My doctor has had me putting bacitracin and yellow petroleum type bandage on the breast to keep it moist and help it heal. Also my middle finger and index along with my thumb have been numb since surgery. Is this something I should be concerned with. I had lymph nodes removed. My arm has been swollen since waking up.
