Bilateral modified radical MX.Shapped cohesive silicone implants.NO radiation.Close to scar found a lump,a cyst and a supposed implant rupture (intracapsular rupture) by ultrasound but not by MRI.Breasts with good shape and texture.MRI result was "salad oil sign".The MRI report indicates NO rupture.1)Why does right implant have this "salad oil sign" and not the left implant?2) Having "salad oil sign it "might be a risk for having implant rupture in future? What do you think? XX
