The skin was closed in several layers over the implant in order to protect the implant and have the best healing.  It's not uncommon for the absorbable sutures in the deeper layers of skin to get pushed to the surface before they're completely dissolved by the body.  Occasionally these sutures will fall out completely with some massage over the site of suture.  If you're still in contact with your reconstructive surgeon it would be best to discuss her or his preference for scar massage over the incision site.
The vast majority of the time this spitting sutures resolve completely without any incident.  But do keep an eye on the spot to ensure there is no redness or pain that continues to worsen.  This would be a reason to get in touch with your surgeon sooner.
