How long can I expect the incisions (under breast) to be sore? My dominate is pretty sore but no swelling, redness, or heat coming from it. I was given Gabapentin but DO NOT want to take that anymore. I know I can take Tylenol but anything else I can do to help maybe alleviate that? 1 week post op. Also don't want to take the 4000 mg per day of Tylenol she said I can take. My stomach wasn't handling that very well! Thanks!

Since elective surgery is just that, elective, I'd recommend that you wait until you are off the medication. This is a comprehensive list of things to avoid but notice that surgery is not on the list:Do not take vitamin supplements containing vitamin A while you are taking Accutane.
