Anyone else or when does this off and on numbness go away! Some days it's pretty painful and hard to even wash my armpits .... & my incisions kill me when I get sweaty and workout.... any help would be appreciated.

It is not unusual to have some wound healing issues at the joins of the incisions. As long as there is no underlying fat necrosis / infection / seroma this should heal relatively quickly. It sounds like your PS is treating you appropriately and this should all heal.
Yes this is possible although I would question why you need the lymph nodes removed. I would make sure that you have a correct diagnosis in relation to your lymph nodes prior to consider treating the lymph nodes and considering a breast reduction.
