It is very hard to tell from your photos what your surgery was but given the look and length of your incision I would guess it was a breast reduction. Numbness and tingling are normal post-op and eventually resolve. If your bra is rubbing on your scar during exercise this could cause some pain. Some silicone strips or some 1% hydrocortisone cream could help. You can buy the strips on line, the cortisone cream is over the counter.
