I have EDS and am a size DDD cup. If I had breast reduction surgery, what would the odds be of a positive outcome? Has this been done before to control neck, back, shoulder and breast pain?

It is not unusual to have some wound healing issues at the joins of the incisions. As long as there is no underlying fat necrosis / infection / seroma this should heal relatively quickly. It sounds like your PS is treating you appropriately and this should all heal.
Yes this is possible although I would question why you need the lymph nodes removed. I would make sure that you have a correct diagnosis in relation to your lymph nodes prior to consider treating the lymph nodes and considering a breast reduction.
