Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. I understand your concern but your have actually healed very well especially considering how young you were when you had the surgery.  Young women respond more to healing and yet you have done well.  You have some discoloration of the skin, hyperpigmentation, and this is difficult to treat especially so long after surgery.  Retin A, hydroquinone products and such are used at times for this problem.  See someone local who understands skin and healing and you should get more guidance.
