Hi Emily and thank you for your picture.  Your lips appear flat and I can't even see a contour or a natural lip roll on you lips, that is so important. Fillers absolutely do not stretch your skin or lips, you just have to account for natural aging process for lips as well.  I suggest next time to ask your doctor to give you a contouring you are looking for. Emily, while it is impossible to say for sure from your picture, it does appear that your vermillion border (area where the pink of your lip meets your skin) is not as crisp as it may have been. Lip injection techniques vary based on the person and the injector. It is possible that previously your injector either did or didn't inject directly into the vermillion border and now have/haven't been. Changes to lip demarcation shouldn't last more than 6-12 months after fillers.
