I’ve had a large slightly raised mole since I was little, I’m now 26. Recently I’ve noticed what appears to be flaking skunk in my mole, but I also have had a dandruff issue lately. Could the flaking on the mold be from dandruff on my hairline or should I be concerned?

You really have to give it more time for it to settle before you get concerned, its only 3 weeks and scar will 'mature' over the next few months. After about 3m, you will see what it will start to look like and even then, it will improve. you should follow your surgeons scar care instructions...
