What is the best treatment for flat moles and red skin? (Photos)

I went to a dermatologist who suggested either a laser treatment or a chemical peel. She was not very specific. Are there any suggestions? I want to reduce the appareance of my moles and reduce the red marks on my skin.

You really have to give it more time for it to settle before you get concerned, its only 3 weeks and scar will 'mature' over the next few months. After about 3m, you will see what it will start to look like and even then, it will improve. you should follow your surgeons scar care instructions...

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

The appearance of the mole is not always a reason for being suspicious, however if you think it is growing at a rapid rate you should have it removed and sent for pathology.

Based on your photograph, it does not appear to me that there is an infection present 10 days after your mole removal.  If you see increased redness, swelling or tenderness, these could be signs of an infection and I would recommend contacting the physician who treated you if any of these ...
