Where should I get V-line & Rhinoplasty? How much would this cost? (Photo)

Question

After looking through tons of Korean surgery videos i feel like this is right for me. Wanting a more feminine look to my face and soften all my stronger more prominent features like my jaw and nose COMPLETELY. I want to feel confident in my look, even though I am confident with my personality and my abilities. Do I have to travel all the way to korea?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

There are excellent doctors in both countries as long as you do you due diligence in researching the specific surgeon who will perform your surgery.  It's often prudent to consult in person with ~3 rhinoplasty specialists experienced in Asian noses to find who fits your personality and instills confidence in you.

With your strong near zero degree mandibular plane angle, the benefits of jaw angle reduction with chin narrowing would be aesthetically beneficial. That could be combined with rhinoplasty surgery. It would bene prudent to first have some computer imaging done for both the nose and jawline to see what type of result you could expect. While V-line jaw reshaping is not commonly done by most plastic surgeons in the U.S., there are surgeons here that regularly perform the procedure.
