Hair loss can be very concerning for patients your age. The first step is to be evaluated for hair loss where the physician will look for miniaturization of the hair around the hair line, and if present, will likely have a conversation with you about beginning finasteride to help slow down the hair loss.

It's difficult to say from these pictures. I would suggest seeing an experience hair restoration doctor in your area and have him take some good quality photos. Follow up with him in a year and see if there is any change in your hairline. If you see a dramatic change sooner, you could always go back to see him in 6 months. Your photos need to show eyebrows lifted high so that the forehead creases. This will give me the ability to judge where your hairline belongs. A mature hairline is one finger breadth above the higest crease, any higher is recession
