Follow up question about experience with "reyoungel"

The injector is an RN at at a medspa in ocala, fl. he'd previously done my botox and juvaderm, so I trusted when he decided the reyoungel would be better than juvaderm as he said it was a finer needle. Are you saying that what was done is illegal, being not fda approved nor used in the united states? I have a call into fda but they havent answered yet. I don't know if it's really HA or something foreign and unable to be dissolved. Unbelievable.

Hi Cousin,I agree with Dr. Prendiville.  Reyoungel is a hyaluronic acid filler that is not FDA approved and is not used in the US.  It appears that you have bruising and swelling from your recent injections.  I would wait until that subsides and then if needed have a consultation...
