I have dark scars on my lips. What kind of doctor would I see to get these spots removed? How much would it cost approximately?

When I was younger I used to get chapped lips and would bite the dry skin. I injured my top and lower lip from biting down too deep into the lip. There is no bump or raise but it is a dark spot/scar. Reference photo attached.
