I have dark scars on my lips. What kind of doctor would I see to get these spots removed? How much would it cost approximately?

Hello!  These would could be easily removed in the office under some numbing medication.  Keep in the mind that the lips can swell considerably so take that into consideration when planning.  I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation.
