I had it done on my chest abdomen and bi lateral flanks. I want to start another cycle of testerone as I have begun working out again. At this point in the healing process because I know I am not at final results yet.

No, testesterone shouldn't negatively impact your final results, but I recommend following up with your Doctor about their protocol regarding testosterone after your procedure. You may still have some swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
