My surgery is in 3 days-Can you give me some last minute advice?

My surgery is set for this Monday, June 16th. In getting ready I know I have to buy that special soap, get my prescriptions filled, have enough pillows on hand and ice packs. Is there anything else I can get now that I may need? Also, what type of bra is recommended...or should I purchase...I know a sports bra but is there a type or brand that may be better or recommend over others?

At this point, I think you should address all your questions to your surgeon.  Every surgeon has his own care instructions.

Your surgeon will have bras for you.  Pain medication constipates so do not forget to buy Milk of Magnesia and some Fleets Enemas.    Make sure you have nausea medication.....it can happen.    Get all of your food lined up so you need not worry post op.  Is your caretaker and ride all briefed up on everything including your medications?   Did you remember no aspirin, Advil etc?  Does your caretaker understand the job?   Do you have your post op visits scheduled?   This is just a few.  Hope they help.  My Best,  Dr C
