I want my Montgomery glands removed, any suggestions on how I can have this done without any scarring? (Photos)

I am concerned about the scarring and whether the scars will look as unsightly as the glands? Also how will the scars look 4 weeks post surgery? I have very pale areola so worry that the scars may be even more visible? I cannot find any images on the internet for me to see of post excision of Montgomery glands.
