Can botched nipples be fixed? (photos)

Question

When I had breast implants I was left with completely different looking botched nipples, they have almost no pigment/color now , weird shape, and stitch scar marks all throughout the nipples...can this be fixed please and how?

Scar revision followed with laser treatment seem to be working for most of the scars.. However, I do not think that anybody can promise that your scar is going to be better than one on your last photo. A good tattoo of areola's border would be an option too? Good luck.

I see the wide white area at the edge of the areola.  Font know why this occurred but can be fixed easily under local anesthesia.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your results.  I agree with Dr. Pozner that laser resurfacing can help but I would also suggest a series of micro needling with PRP (platelet rich plasma).  We have seen very nice improvement in scars following 3-4 sessions each spaced 4-6 weeks apart.I hope that helps and wish you the very best.  Let us know if we can help!Warmest regards,-Gregory A Buford MD FACS PCEOBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but the shape of your areolas can probably be improved with a small revision surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I would revise the areola scar and then laser the scar a few times with the Sciton Profractional laser starting a few weeks after surgery. We do these under local anesthesia and recovery time is minimal.
