Can my nipples be moved without anesthesia?

Question

Is this a relative way procedure to do in office u set local anesthesia? I am because it appears my right nipple was placed slightly higher than my left. So only my right needs correction. Thank you

Nipple and Areola revisions can be done in the office under local anesthetic however… It is much easier to raise a nipple then to lower one. That is because of where the nipple is moved from creates a scar that may be seen out of the top of a swimsuit. But if the goal is to make the nipple line more even when seen through clothing, that may be possible but  again there might be a vertical scar at the 12 o’clock position above the areola which may not be acceptable…

Thanks for your questions. In short the answer is yes. However, it depends on the complexity and how much movement the nipple needs. Simple procedures can be done under local or light sedation, more complex situations does require more extensive surgery. A photo would be helpful to determine your specific case.

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination but generally speaking some breast surgeries can be done under local anesthesia. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
