It can take 6 months to a year to know your final results. Before that time your body may be swollen and uneven. I encourage you to not get discouraged and be confident you are making the right choices for your health and you will see the benefits in time. 
Close follow up with your surgeon can also be helpful to help shape your expections and plan to optimize your health and physique.

VASER, like any other type of liposuction, results in inflammation and swelling of the treated areas, which lasts up to 6 months or more.  Given that, you definitely have some swelling still.  Ideally, your doctor removed all, but a small layer of fat, maybe about a quarter- to half an inch.  In a pinch of skin, as in your photos, you are holding two layers of skin (epidermis + dermis = 1/8” X2) plus the 2 layers of attached fat (1/2” X2) plus whatever swelling is there.  So, just the skin and the fat totals 3/4” at a minimum plus swelling. In one of your photos, you are pinching the left waist area and, to me, it looks like it can’t be more than 1” thick.  Therefore, I think you should have a great result as the swelling goes down.  One caveat I would caution you about though; and that is, skin tightening is very different from one patient to the next and takes 4-6 months to appreciate.  Even with VASER, skin laxity post liposuction can happen.

Typically, healing after Vader liposuction can take upto 1 year, especially after a second procedure. Fluctuations in swelling, firm spots, etc are normal during this time. Some thickness on pinching of skin is also normal after fat removal.Sounds like you are doing all the right things. Keep close follow up with your plastic surgeon during this time as well.

on your recent procedure...The procedure of vaser liposuction is an
"insult" to the soft tissues, resulting in swelling which will
initially totally obscure the operative result. The
purpose of a compression garment is to prevent bleeding and to control
swelling. We usually recommend its use only for the first 4-6 weeks after the
procedure.  60-80%
of the swelling should subside within the first 6 weeks, with the remainder
slowly subsiding over 6-12 months. 
As you are only 2 months after your procedure, your result is still camouflaged by swelling. Allow it to heal!

Excellent questions!Even after two months, there can be pockets where the skin is still firm and swollen.Skin tightening can be improved with Vaser, but ultimately skin tightening is up to your bodies genetics, and can be improving up to a year out.You’ll still be able to squeeze skin after VaserLipo, but you’ll squeeze less, relative to before the first surgery.Best.
