Should I be concerned about my tummy and going through a pregnancy 6 weeks post op?

I had vaser liposuction in my upper, mid and lower abdominal, hips and flanks 6 weeks ago. I just found out I'm pregnant. We were wanting kids but I had planned to wait 6 months after but I am now at 6 weeks post op. Should I be concerned about my tummy and going through a pregnancy. I'm super happy otherwise, but worried about just 6 weeks post op.

Your recent liposuction should have no impact on your pregnancy and normal skin and body shape changes of pregnancy.
